Purpose of Position

Do you want to leverage your marketing expertise to redefine and grow how Awin is viewed as an affiliate marketing platform in North America?

We're seeking a highly-motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support all brand awareness and consideration activity for Awin in the US and Canada.

In this critical role, you will have a strong focus on increasing Awin’s brand presence and positioning in North America. You’ll do this by executing integrated earned and paid media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across key channels. You will oversee the creation and execution of impactful social media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms, and engaging with key subject matter experts and stakeholders to amplify Awin’s reach. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, positioning Awin as a thought leader in the affiliate marketing space, and driving both organic and paid traffic to our digital properties. By aligning these efforts, you will help to solidify Awin’s presence as a market leader in North America.

This role is perfect for you if you're a content marketing manager or public relations specialist with experience in a tech/SaaS organization, or a generalist marketer with a background in content, communications, or brand strategy.  

You'll be a part of our dynamic international marketing team under the of our Marketing Americas Lead. You’ll be collaborating closely with the global marketing team as well as client services, product, technology, sales and leadership members across the wider business.

Key Tasks

  • Develop and execute earned and paid media strategies for North America, ensuring alignment with Awin US' business objectives and growth priorities. This includes setting timelines, managing resources, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies to optimize performance across channels.
  • Oversee social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring messaging consistency, audience engagement, and amplification of Awin’s brand presence in the North American market.
  • Collaborate with the global communications and content teams to create compelling content that highlights Awin’s unique value propositions and positions the brand as a thought leader in affiliate marketing.
  • Manage relationships with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to increase brand visibility and enhance Awin’s reputation in the market.
  • Develop targeted communication strategies for paid media, ensuring messaging resonates with the audience and effectively drives brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor performance metrics for both earned and paid media campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.
  • Create clear and impactful marketing collateral that supports campaigns, including social media content, blog posts, advertisements, and website copy.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and client services teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals and customer needs, crafting relevant messaging for various audience segments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Awin’s offerings, ensuring all content and campaigns accurately convey the benefits and features of our products in a customer-centric manner.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine and improve marketing strategies, keeping Awin at the forefront of the affiliate marketing space in North America..

Skills & Expertise

  • 6+ years relevant marketing experience at marketing manager level
  • Experience nurturing prospects from first touch through to last through targeted marketing and communications based on needs
  • Track record of combining creative ideas with data-driven content
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging to the reader
  • Ability to report on all activity with precision and confidence
  • Experience working with sales, client management, product and content creation
  • Affiliate industry and network knowledge a bonus Personal skills:
  • Someone who is dedicated, reliable and takes initiative.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, set timelines, delegate tasks, and track progress.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques.
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Remains calm under pressure and can manage multiple tasks at once

The pay range reflects what Awin deems fair for this role at the time of posting. Compensation will be based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, experience, and job requirements, and Awin may adjust the range at any time as permitted by law.

The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for: $70k - $80k
