We will give an overview of the relevant cookie consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive and TTDSG. The focus will be on how cookie consent requirements apply to affiliate marketing. The legal overview will be followed by a technical presentation on how, in practice, consent requirements can be complied with when working with Awin, where we will discuss Awin’s consent signals framework.
