Influencer Partnerships Manager (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

We are seeking an experienced Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to oversee and grow Awin’s top brand ambassador programs in the U.S. You will play a key role in managing high-profile clients, ensuring seamless execution of influencer and affiliate strategies, and driving measurable results. This role requires deep expertise in influencer marketing, experience with affiliate partnerships, and a strong ability to navigate demanding client relationships.

Key Tasks

  • Manage & Optimize Brand Ambassador Programs: Lead day-to-day operations for Enterprise and other key clients, ensuring high-quality execution and performance-driven strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, proactive recommendations, and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Strategy Execution: Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand and optimize influencer-driven performance marketing campaigns.
  • Platform & Data Management: Utilize influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ or similar platforms to track campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, account management, and marketing, to align on strategies and drive program success.
  • Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends in influencer and affiliate marketing, leveraging insights to improve program effectiveness.

Skills & Expertise

  • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven experience managing high-profile brand ambassador or influencer programs.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Aspire) and influencer sub-networks (e.g. LTK, ShopMy, Magiclinks)
  • Strong client management skills, particularly with enterprise brands that require quick turnarounds and high-touch service.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy.
  • Experience working within an affiliate network, agency, or brand-side influencer marketing team is a plus.
  • Experience with Asana, Tableau, SimilarWeb, Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI is a plus

The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for: $70k - $80k.
