eCRM Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

We are seeking an experienced and driven eCRM Marketing Manager to help grow and develop our email marketing efforts and drive impactful campaigns. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering targeted, segmented email communications across the entire client lifecycle—from prospect acquisition to retention and advocacy.

You will support our new business, operations, and client services teams in building compelling campaigns that acquire, engage, and retain clients across diverse sectors and segments.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with advanced skills in Pardot and a strong background in analytics and reporting, eager to make an impact in a business investing heavily in email marketing.

Key Tasks

Campaign Execution:

  • Use Pardot to create, test, and deploy single- and multi-step email campaigns and landing pages tailored to various customer segments.
  • Develop responsive email templates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines.

Audience Management:

  • Build and maintain targeted audience segments and email databases.
  • Develop new distribution lists based on emerging customer demands and strategic priorities.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Provide in-depth campaign performance analysis, including reporting on key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
  • Identify trends and actionable insights to improve email campaign performance.

Team Collaboration:

  • Take ownership of email campaigns across all markets
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to optimise email design, content, and strategy for maximum engagement.
  • Best Practices & Optimisation:
  • Advise on email marketing best practices, ensuring consistent brand voice and compliance with data protection standards.
  • Regularly test, analyse, and refine email strategies to enhance outcomes.

Skills & Expertise

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a CRM or digital marketing role, with hands-on use of Pardot or similar marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • A track record of delivering successful, targeted email campaigns in B2C or B2B settings.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign evaluation, reporting, and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing strategies to optimise email performance and improve key metrics is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation workflows, audience segmentation, and database management.
  • Competence in building and maintaining responsive email templates.
  • Email HTML knowledge is a plus, including experience working with tools like Litmus to fix and troubleshoot email templates.

Education & Communication:

  • A degree-level education, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • English proficiency (fluent or advanced) is essential.
