Awin Launches Its Conversion Protection Initiative

Written by Robert Davinson on

To mark the launch of the Conversion Protection Initiative, Awin co-presented a webinar with TopCashback on the tracking challenges the industry faces today.

Following the successful launch of Awin’s Conversion Protection Initiative (CPI) on April 7, Awin CEO Adam Ross was joined by TopCashback’s Group Commercial Director, James Little, for a special live webinar discussing the state of affiliate tracking today.

Hosted and moderated by the Affiliate and Partner Marketing Association’s Julia Stent, the webinar saw hundreds of attendees tune in to hear their discussion of the core challenges to tracking and measurement that affiliate marketers face currently, as well as an update on the progress of Awin’s CPI.

Announced by Adam at PI Live Europe last October, the initiative has gained significant momentum as more and more Awin advertisers have taken the necessary steps to upgrade their tracking.

With hundreds more also in the process of upgrading, the Conversion Protection Initiative will set a new standard for affiliate event measurement, leading to fewer untracked sales and insulation from external challenges posed by web browsers and device makers.

New Conversion Protection Initiative hub launches

To coincide with the launch of the CPI, a brand new Conversion Protection Initiative hub has also been launched on the Awin site. It provides all the relevant information and resources you’ll need to inform your next steps.

Featuring explanations of how the CPI works and why it’s necessary, as well as links to how-to guides on making the upgrades and support contacts for help, the hub provides a comprehensive space for all things CPI-related.

Check it out today and get on the right track with tracking.
