We offer helpful resources on how to complete your technical set-up after joining Awin's platform, but if you need more assistance then choose between our two Integration Add-ons for a helping hand.

Please note: the Awin tracking code should remain in place once testing is confirmed as correct and your affiliate programme is set live. If future support is needed to re-integrate your programme, you may be subject to a charge as per the terms of your agreement.

If you feel that you are going to be unable to complete your technical set-up utilising the Integration Wizard and want a personal helping hand, we have two alternative Integration Add-ons available: Assisted or Consulted. Read more below to see which one may suit your needs best
Assisted Integration | €699* or 6299 DKK or 8399 NOK
If you are looking to integrate with more technical support, you can request an assisted Integration Add-on. A member of our technical integration team will be provided as your point of contact during the integration stage and will offer the following services:
- Provide email or over the phone guidance suited to your ecommerce platform.
- Product feed support that ensures any custom product feeds or Google feeds are compatible to our platform and are perfectly optimized for publishers.
- Advise you on the use of commission groups and assist on setting them up on your programme*.
- Handle all test transactions to confirm your integration and tracking is correct ready for launch.
*Customers that have signed up for the Awin Access Platform Offer are restricted to 3 commission groups/rules.
Consulted Integration | €1299* or 11699 DKK or 15599 NOK
Do you have a more complex integration requirement? Our consulted Integration Add-on will provide a member of our technical integration team to support, plus offer the following (but not limited to*) services during the integration stage:
- Provide email or over the phone guidance and support your programme with features including: server to server (S2S), mobile applications, custom ecommerce plugins and/or third party platforms such as Google Tag Manager.
- Setup custom de-duplication policies.
- Product feed support that ensures any custom product feeds or Google feeds are compatible to our platform and are perfectly optimized for publishers.
- Advise you on the use of commission groups and set them up on your programme**.
- Enable product level tracking for in-depth product reporting
- Handle all test transactions to confirm your integration and tracking is correct ready for launch.
