ThinkTank US 2020 Blogger Competition Terms and Conditions
- The terms “we”, “us”, “our” or similar refer to Awin and ShareASale.com, Inc. The terms “you” and “your” or similar refer to the publisher/affiliate that is entering the competition to which these terms and conditions are applicable
- The competition will run from 00:00 EST Wednesday, October 29, 2019 – 23:59 PST Wednesday, December 25, 2019
- No entries submitted after 23:59 PST Wednesday, December 25, 2019, will be accepted
- You must have an Awin or ShareASale account and be located in the United States or Canada to enter
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over
- One entry per 2019 Awin + ShareASale 2019 Gift Guide product or merchant blog post feature, four additional unique entries MAX allowed in total
- The competition is not open to any employees of the Awin Group, or any other affiliate networks
- Awin and ShareASale reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who has broken the competition T&Cs
- Awin and ShareASale will review the entries once the competition has closed and randomly select one winner. The winner will be selected at our sole discretion
- The prize will be paid in kind as a custom, non-transferrable discount code to register for ThinkTank US 2020
- We accept no responsibility for entries which are not properly received due to circumstances beyond our control
- Winners must be available for us to contact by the email address they have entered with to confirm their details and receive the registration code
- “If we are unsuccessful in our attempt to contact the winner, we will select the new contest participant at random as the winner for the prize
- There are no alternative prizes
- Participants are advised to check with their tax and accounting consultants if the prizes are taxable from a VAT and income tax perspective
- This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any of the products or brands.
- This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter
- You are obliged to make it clear to consumers that your content contains advertising material. As an Awin publisher and/or ShareASale affiliate, you must ensure your marketing complies with all applicable advertising standards and applicable laws
- Awin and ShareASale have no liability for your VAT or tax responsibilities in connection with the competition; this is the sole responsibility of the prize recipient
- All participants must clearly define their content as being monetized using clearly marked hashtags e.g. #Ad, #PaidAd #sponsorship, #sponsored post. We recommend all participants familiarize themselves with our influencer disclosure policy to ensure they adhere to the Federal Trade Commission disclosure guidelines to appropriately alert their followers that the content is monetized
- By participating in the competition, entrants agree to have their content shared publicly and used as part of promotion for the competition
- Any personal data collected by Awin or ShareASale will be processed for the purpose of running the competition It will be deleted within 30 days after the competition has ended. For any data privacy-related queries, please contact global-privacy@awin.com
