Purpose of Position
As a Client Service Intern, you will be exposed to every aspect of operations in the Client Services department at the BR’s most exciting and innovative affiliate marketing network. From assisting and presenting in client meetings on affiliate strategy to reporting on merchant and affiliate performance as well as investigating new affiliate websites to assess their suitability for Awin’s merchant clients. You will also provide the first line of support to some of the emerging Advertisers on the network and providing consultation on how they can make their programme a success.

The Junior Account Manager will receive training and hands-on experience that will equip them to be a highly valued member of an online and affiliate marketing team. On successful completion of the placement year and degree, Awin is keen to retain talented interns and progress them in the business.
Key Tasks
- Provide daily support to self-service advertiser with day-to-day duties, such as:
- Respond to incoming emails and relay messages from clients and affiliates
- Manage the month-end reporting system
- Assist in the growth of department merchant programmes
- Attend industry events when required and network with clients
Skills & Expertise
- Strong focus on processes and deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to share technical information clearly and accurately.
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Be highly organised and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously
- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate or advanced English.
